Clare Mackie joined Royal Worcester in 2006 to launch 2 quirky and delightful ranges. A well established and much respected designer Clare's charming view on life has been an instant success with Royal Worcester customers.
Clare Mackie grew up on a farm in the Scottish countryside, where she was surrounded by the animals and insects that have provided the inspiration for her work. She graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with honours and during the last 20 years has worked with Graphique for France, Neiman Marcus and Harvery Nichols. She has published in the UK and the United States and her illustrations are licensed on a successful range of greetings cards, stationary and other paper products. She has been widely commissiones by well-know international companies including Trish McEvoy, Tatler and Chanel, and also donates her time and talent creating illustrations for the many charities she works with.
