How to Shop at Kings and Queens
At Kings and Queens shopping couldn't be easier.You can buy goods from any of the Kings and Queens on line shops and all your purchases will be added together so there is only one set of details to complete, one shipping charge and everything will be despatched together.
6 Easy Steps
- Select
the currency you would like to see the prices shown
in by clicking on the Currency/Flag
icon in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen. Prices
are automatically shown in UK £ and US $ already.
Please remember that Currency conversion rates are a
guide for your convenience only. They are updated once
each US business day. We do not guarantee the accuracy
of this information. All transactions take place in
UK £ and the amount you are charged is determined
by the conversion rate used by your credit card company
on the day that your transaction is processed by them.
- Browse through the
Kings and Queens Shops adding items to your basket as
you go by clicking the
button which you will find next to each item. As you
add goods to your basket the running total of your order
is recorded in the bottom righthand corner of the screen.
To see a larger image or more details click on the small image. - When you have finished
shopping view the items you have placed in your basket
by clicking on the
button next to any item or on the "Checkout"
link in the lefthand column. Here you can delete items
or change the quantities you have ordered. If you wish
you can either return to the shop and continue shopping
by clicking on the "Back" button or if you
are happy with your selections proceed to the checkout. - If you are happy with
your selections and would like to proceed to the Checkout
click on the "Shipping Button" at the foot
of the "Basket Page"
Select "All Shipping" as the Shipping Method and the country where the goods are to be shipped to as the Shipping Region from the drop down Menus. On this page you can read our "Terms and Conditions" which you must accept inorder to proceed. Finally select the method of payment you would prefer to use and click on the "Next Button" - Fill in your details,
all fields marked with an * are required fields. If
you wish to have the goods sent to another address please
remember to check the "Deliver to a different address"
option.
When you have completed your details you can choose to print your order for your records. (To return to the Checkout after printing your order just close the printable page)When all your details are complete please click on "next"
- Fill in your credit
card details on the final page. For more information
about our secure payment facility please click on the
"Secure Payment Details" link.
To finish the transaction click on "Next". Your order details will be confirmed by e-mail.
